Warranty Services

Product Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance, Warranty Information, Product Details, Installation Recommendations. We provide heartfelt, efficient service within 3-7 days (Bangkok Metropolitan Region). Contact Rich Collection Service Center at 02-865-9991-2, Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00.

Ceramic valve set warranty for leakage throughout product lifetime.
10-year warranty on rubber seal for water faucets.
10-year warranty on other faucet components.
1-year warranty on faucet aerator and spray head from rubber leakage, excluding damages from excessive water pressure.
1-year warranty on other products for manufacturing defects only.

Service rates

Free travel charge for products within the initial 2-year warranty period (Bangkok Metropolitan Region).
Free parts replacement for products within the warranty period, limited to issues arising from normal usage.
Products exceeding the 2-year warranty period incur a 300 Baht travel charge per service visit (Bangkok Metropolitan Region); actual travel costs apply for provinces. Parts are charged based on company pricing.
Dismantling/installation fees for faucets and accessories are not covered under warranty. Company charges apply as per company rates.

For customer benefit, please read installation and maintenance instructions. If uncertain about installation or product use, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to change or cancel information in this document without prior notice.

Warranty covers normal usage conditions: product used indoors and with water free from corrosive chemicals, seawater, or other contaminants.
If the product becomes unusable or defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, possibly with a similar model or equivalent, without charge. This responsibility covers the product itself only and excludes installation/removal, damages, and other costs beyond the product itself.
Warranty is void if the product is modified, improperly installed, damaged by chemicals, or not properly maintained.
For products not meeting warranty conditions or exceeding the warranty period, service rates and parts will be communicated and customer consent obtained before proceeding.
We reserve the right to modify warranty terms without prior notice.
